The 2021 BBQ Bash fundraiser will take place on Saturday, May 22nd from 3:00pm-6:30pm. Our annual BBQ Bash fundraiser will continue as a virtual event which will include a Drive-Thru Take Out, Virtual Entertainment, and a Virtual Silent Auction and Super Raffle. As one of only two fundraisers that the ESGVJCC holds every year, we hope to have your support!
Inside each Family Meal Pack for 4, you will be receiving some of your favorite BBQ Bash Menu items such as rib-eye steak, teriyaki chicken, wonton salad, potato salad, chili, rice, creamed corn, fruit salad, and homemade desserts. All food items will be cooked on-site by your ESGVJCC Board of Directors and Staff following all safety guidelines for food handling. We are asking for a $90 donation for a Family Meal Pack for 4 people and an $80 donation for Seniors 75 years and older. This year we have also created appointment times for Meal Pack Pick-ups to help prevent long wait times. Family Meal Packs will be available for pick-up on Saturday, May 22nd from 3:00pm-6:30pm. All Family Meal Pack orders and payment must be received by May 7th.
The Virtual Silent Auction will be available on the ESGVJCC website from May 12th through May 19th. Be sure to check out our Instagram stories for previews of these awesome prizes in the coming weeks! Our winners will be notified via email and can schedule a time to pick up their prize. The Live-Stream Super Raffle will be hosted by our 2021 ESGVJCC Queen, Kiyomi Takemoto and will be on our website on May 22nd at 7:00pm.
This year, our virtual entertainment will be available for guests in the comfort of your car via an FM Transmitter. This year’s performer is Travis Atreo! With his smooth voice, he brings his own rendition of today’s various hits as well as his own original songs. Travis has been a big supporter of the ESGVJCC and we are so grateful to have him join us! Check him out on Youtube or Spotify before May 22nd to see some of his other songs.
To add to our fundraising efforts, BBQ Bash SUPER RAFFLE tickets have been sent to your homes for $25 each or 5 for $100 and the grand prize is $1,000 cash!
